Wildfires; provides Forestry Division of Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept. with responsibility to prevent, detect, & suppress wildfires; provides for wildfire training & fire management & emergency response assistance; provides for agreements or contracts with private sector for fire prevention activities; creates advisory committee; revises provisions re declarations of severe drought emergencies, etc. Amends Ch. 590, 259.032, 372.57. APPROPRIATION: $140,000.
