GENERAL BILL
Schools/Minority History Instruction; revises provisions re authorized instruction re history of African Americans; amends provision re duties of state instructional materials committees; prohibits funds from instructional materials allocation from being used for purchase of instructional materials not on state-adopted list which do not include historical data re contributions of African Americans, Hispanics, & women, etc. Amends 233.061,.09,.34.
