Driving Offenses/Liabilities; amends provision re written reports of accidents; abrogates accident report privilege; removes provisions under which accident report or statements to law enforcement officer made by person involved in accident are without prejudice to person & may not be used as trial evidence absent exceptional circumstances, etc. Amends 316.066.
