Parental Notice of Abortion Act; revises provisions re terminations of pregnancies; prohibits performing or inducement of termination of pregnancy upon minor without specified notice; provides disciplinary action for violation; prescribes procedure for judicial waiver; provides for notice of right to counsel; provides for issuance of court order authorizing consent to said termination without notification; requests Supreme Court to adopt rules, etc. Amends 390.011,.0111.
