GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Pretrial Detention & Release; provides conditions & procedures for revoking defendant's pretrial release; authorizes court to revoke defendant's pretrial release & requires pretrial detention if court finds that defendant violated any condition of pretrial release. Amends 903.047, 907.041.
