GENERAL BILL by Lynn

Deceptive Trade Practices/Print Ads; prohibits misrepresentation of geographic location of service or product supplier in print advertisement, under certain circumstances; provides certain immunity from liability to telephone company or other provider of telephone directory or directory assistance database, or its officers or agents; provides exception; provides that violation of prohibition is deceptive & unfair trade practice, etc. Amends 501.97.
