Water Resources; provides for acquisition of certain lands by eminent domain; requires land to be acquired in accordance with state condemnation law; authorizes SFWMD to act as local sponsor of Central & Southern Fla. Flood Control Project for specified project features; provides for oversight by DEP; requires DEP & SFWMD to pursue implementation of certain project modifications; provides requirements for expedited summary hearing procedures, etc. Amends Ch. 373.
