SB 1678: Criminal Justice System/DOC
GENERAL BILL by Meek
Criminal Justice System/DOC; prohibits minors from standing or approaching vehicles on any public street, highway, road, or state transportation facility right-of-way for purposes of soliciting; provides that certain women who are confined by DOC must be placed in correctional facility located within reasonable distance from residence of minor child of confined woman; provides for child-friendly environment, etc. Amends 316.2045, 943.13; creates 944.6125.
