GENERAL BILL by Ogles
Insurance/Workers' Compensation; authorizes use of policyholder surplus to fund workers' compensation joint underwriting plan deficits; prohibits insurers from providing workers' compensation to certain employers; defines term "affiliated person", as used in certain provision; exempts plan from premium taxation; exempts plan from assessments under Worker's Compensation provision. Amends 627.311.
