Sales Tax/Agricultural Production; defines "agricultural production"; revises application of partial exemption for self-propelled, power-drawn, or power-driven farm equipment used exclusively on farm or in forest in specified activities & includes rental or lease of such equipment in such exemption; reduces rate of tax on such equipment beginning January 1, 2002; requires that purchaser, renter, or lessee sign certificate re use of such equipment, etc. Amends 212.02,.08,.12.
