Hurricane Catastrophe Fund; clarifies legislative findings; revises definitions; revises reimbursement contract provisions re equalization charges, reimbursable loss reporting, auditing of insurers, & confidentiality of certain audit information; revises revenue bond provisions re emergency assessments against insurers, legislative findings as to Fla. Hurricane Catastrophe Fund Finance Corporation, & protections for bondholders, etc. Amends 212.555.
