SB 1732: Court Costs/Domestic Violence Cases
GENERAL BILL by Meek
Court Costs/Domestic Violence Cases; provides imposition of additional mandatory court cost upon person found to have committed act of domestic violence; provides for waiver of court cost; provides for collection by clerk of court; provides for deposit of such court costs in Domestic Violence Trust Fund; provides for certain disbursements in accordance with specified provisions re funding of domestic violence centers. Creates 938.14.
