Schools/Kindergarten Admission; revises provisions re eligibility for enrollment in public kindergartens; authorizes enrollment of certain children who are determined to be ready for entrance into kindergarten; provides eligibility requirements; provides school district requirements; authorizes state board to adopt rules. Amends 232.01.
