Driving Schools; revises language re driver improvement schools; eliminates authority of chief judge to establish requirements re location of schools; provides requirements re such courses; provides legislative policy & penalty; provides criteria re course instructors or teachers; prohibits offering of such courses under certain circumstances; provides for mandatory driver improvement courses re certain accidents, etc. Amends 318.1451,.14, 322.0261.
