Agricultural Pests & Diseases; (THIS BILL COMBINES CS/S1760,924) provides legislative intent; creates Pest Exclusion Advisory Committee within Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept.; requires said department to establish reimbursement program for certain temporary relocation expenses; directs Health Dept. to study health effects of aerial application of Malathion; provides for appointment of scientific advisory board, etc. Amends Ch. 593; creates 570.235, 593.28. APPROPRIATION: $750,000.
