SB 1768: Criminal Offenses
GENERAL BILL by Dyer
Criminal Offenses; provides enhanced penalties for offenses committed against child or older adult; deletes provisions that limit imposition of enhanced penalties for offense against older adult to those offenses that evidence prejudice based on victim's advanced age; provides that it is second-degree felony to solicit minor to commit offense prohibited by law; specifies elements of offense, etc. Amends 775.085, 777.04, 921.0022.
