GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Driver's Licenses/Applications; authorizes HSMV to require driver's license applicants to submit fingerprints; prohibits dept. from issuing driver's license before completing examination of applicant's record; requires dept. to request & receive information from, & exchange information with, other jurisdictions; authorizes dept. to adopt rules. Amends 322.08.
