Entertainment Industry Incentives; authorizes entertainment industry production companies to apply for approval by Film Commissioner's Office as qualified production company for purpose of receiving sales tax exemptions; directs office to develop application procedures; provides penalty for falsification of application or unauthorized use of certificate of exemption; provides duties of DOR re issuance of certificate of exemption for qualified production companies, etc. Amends FS.
