SB 1808: Child Support

GENERAL BILL by Jones ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Diaz-Balart ; Dyer ; Cowin ; Casas ; Forman ; Silver ; Meek ; Gutman

Child Support; revises evidence that constitutes final judgment by operation of law when support payments made through local depository are delinquent; authorizes DOR to exempt depository from participation in automated child support enforcement system; repeals provision re penalties for depositories that fail to participate in State Disbursement Unit or non-title IV-D component of State Case Registry, etc. Amends 61.14,.181; repeals 61.1826(9).
