GENERAL BILL by Lynn ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Patterson ; Miller
Economic Opportunities Fund; provides legislative findings & declarations re global competition that is encountered by state in attracting certain high-impact business facilities; creates Florida Economic Opportunities Incentive Fund with Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office; requires Enterprise Florida, Inc., to evaluate & recommend high-impact facilities eligible for payment of moneys from fund, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law if enacted by 3/5ths vote of membership of each house of Legislature
