GENERAL BILL by Reddick
Rights of Former Felons; provides for automatic restoration of former felons' right to vote following completion & satisfaction of sentence of incarceration & community supervision; creates "Nathan McCall & Anderson C. Hill, II, Forgiveness Act"; provides for mandatory expunction of certain felony offense records upon application to FDLE under specified circumstances; provides for adoption of rules by FDLE, etc. Amends 97.041; creates 943.0587.
Effective Date: 07/01/1999 except as otherwise provided
