CS/SB 1818: Sales Tax Exemptions

GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Resource ; Campbell

Sales Tax Exemptions; provides exemption for consumer credit counseling services; provides exemption for any sale or lease to organization that is exempt from federal income tax & that has as its primary function raising funds for organizations that hold or qualify to hold a consumer's certificate of exemption issued by this state; provides for retroactive application. Amends 212.08.
