GENERAL BILL by Health Care Licensing & Regulation ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ogles ; Villalobos ; Minton ; Harrington ; Healey ; Crist

Health Care Practitioners/Regulation; requires reports to Health Dept. of adverse incidents in specified settings; provides for review of such incidents & initiation of disciplinary proceedings, where appropriate; authorizes department access to certain records & preserves exemption from public access thereto; provides rulemaking authority. Creates 458.351, 459.026.
