HB 1879: Public Records/Child Abuse

GENERAL BILL by Murman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kelly

Public Records/Child Abuse; provides that confidential info. obtained by State Child Abuse Death Review Committee, local committee, or panel or committee assembled by either, or by hospital or health care practitioner from any of those entities, shall remain confidential; provides exemption from public records & meetings requirements for specified records & meetings of state or local committee, or panel or committee assembled by either re child fatalities, etc. Creates 383.410.
