Health Care Practitioner/Credentials; revises credentials collection program for health care practitioners; provides requirements for said practitioners & Health Dept. under program; renames advisory council & abolishes it at future date; revises requirements for registration of credentials verification organizations; provides for biennial renewal of registration & grounds for suspension or revocation of registration; revises liability insurance requirements, etc. Amends 455.557.
