GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Health Care; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S2472,1892) revises standards & procedures for hearing grievances under statewide provider & subscriber assistance program; revises requirements for indicators of access & quality of care which HMOs & prepaid health clinics must submit to AHCA; revises guidelines re recommendations for preventive pediatric health care which must be submitted to agency, etc. Amends 408.7056, 641.51,.58.
