GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Forman
Provision of Social Services; creates Office of Disability Coordination within Executive Office of Governor; provides for advisory board & for working group; establishes terms of office & officers; provides for staff; allows executive director to employ consultants & enter into contracts; requires entities serving people who have disabilities to give office access to certain data; amends membership of family care councils, etc. Creates 14.275; amends 216.136, 393.502. APPROPRIATION: $600,000.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
