GENERAL BILL by Melvin

Revenue Sharing; renames Revenue Sharing TF for Counties as Revenue Sharing TF for Counties & Municipalities & provides for deposit of revenue designated for revenue sharing therein; terminates Revenue Sharing TF for Municipalities & transfers revenues therein to renamed trust fund; provides that apportionment factor for distribution of revenue sharing funds to eligible counties & municipalities shall be based solely on population, etc. Amends FS.
