Emergency Management; prescribes duties of Board of Regents re identifying public hurricane evacuation shelter space on certain campuses; revises condition precedent to requirement for specified building construction standards; revises legislative intent to include certain private facilities within survey of prospective public hurricane evacuation shelters; defines "emergency management worker", etc. Amends 240.295, 252.38,.385,.51; repeals 252.855.
