CS/SB 1934: Communications Security

GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Brown-Waite

Communications Security; prohibits intentional disclosure of certain communications; prescribes circumstances in which person may aid in intercepting communications; removes prostitution from offenses that may be investigated using court-ordered intercepts; provides duties of officers authorized to install & use pen registers; provides guidelines & standards for emergency installation of pen registers & trap & trace devices, etc. Amends Ch. 934.
