GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; KURTH
Spring Training Franchise Facilities; defines term "retained spring training franchise"; provides that additional local option tourist development taxes presently authorized to finance construction or renovation of professional sports franchise facility may also be used to finance acquisition, construction, or renovation of retained spring training franchise facility; corrects reference; provides for appropriation under certain conditions. Amends 125.0104. APPROPRIATION: $7,500,000.
