HB 1953: School Impact Fees
GENERAL BILL by Finance & Taxation ; Albright ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lacasa ; Fasano ; Crist ; Valdes
School Impact Fees; prohibits any county which was not levying such fee on January 1, 1999, from levying such fee during specified period; limits amount of such fees that may be collected by county during that period; provides procedures for reimbursing county for revenues lost during that period based on fees which exceed limitation which were in effect prior thereto; creates Fla. School Impact Fee Policy Commission, etc. APPROPRIATION: $150,000.
