Enterprise Zones; directs Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to designate pilot project area within enterprise zone; provides qualifications for such area; provides that certain businesses in such area are eligible for credits against tax on sales, use, & other transactions & corporate income tax; requires review & report by OPPAGA; provides for future repeal & revocation of such designation, etc. Creates 290.0069.
