GENERAL BILL by Roberts-Burke ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith ; Reddick

Sexual Violence in Prisons; creates "Protection Against Sexual Violence in Florida Jails & Prisons Act"; requires DOC to develop course re sexual assault identification & prevention as part of correctional officer training program; requires dept. & county & municipal detention facilities to provide orientation program & counseling; prohibits sexual misconduct by employees of county or municipal detention facilities, etc. Amends 944.35, 951.23; creates 951.221.
