Florida College Savings Program; establishes said program; provides for deposits in program & earnings to be exempt from taxation; provides for program to be administered by Fla. Prepaid College Board & for program to be qualified state tuition program for federal tax purposes; provides requirements for participation agreements; provides for distributions from account for qualified higher education expenses, etc. Creates 240.553; amends 222.22, 732.402.
