Maximum School Size Act; creates said act; provides legislative findings; requires school districts to submit plans to DOE for decreasing size of public schools; prescribes information to be included in plans; prohibits such plans from conflicting with current law re class size, construction standards, or construction costs per student; requires department to submit report & recommendation to Legislature & Governor.
