Contracting; requires Construction Industry Licensing Board & Electrical Contractors' Licensing Board to establish job scope for any licensure category registered by respective board, for purposes of local uniformity; provides requirements for certification of registered contractors for grandfathering purposes; requires study to determine fiscal impact on local governments of single-tier regulatory system for specified contractors, etc. Amends Ch. 489, 205.065.
