SB 2026: Rental Car Surcharge
GENERAL BILL by Webster
Rental Car Surcharge; provides that portion of proceeds of surcharge on lease or rental of for-hire motor vehicle which is presently designated to be deposited in State Transportation Trust Fund shall be reserved for Intermodal Development Program of DOT & provides for use of such proceeds. Amends 212.0606, 341.053.
