Sales, Use, & Other Transactions Tax; provides that sale for resale includes sale of certain tangible personal property used or consumed by government contractor in performance of contract with U.S. Dept. of Defense or National Aeronautics & Space Administration under certain conditions; provides exemption for sales to or use by government contractor of overhead materials used or consumed in performance of such contract under certain conditions, etc. Amends 212.02,.08.
