GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Silver

Firearm Possession by Minor; provides that minor who violates certain provision must be detained in secure detention facility; provides that minor who commits offense that involves use or possession of firearm may not receive credit for time served; provides that weapons & firearms may not be possessed or discharged at school-sponsored event or on school property, etc. Amends 790.22,.115, 943.051, 985.212.
