GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Constantine ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Spratt ; Wiles ; Dockery ; Alexander ; Posey ; Crist ; Valdes
One-Stop Permitting System; provides legislative intent re creating statewide one-stop permitting system; authorizes appointment of certain economic development liaisons; requires that DMS establish One-Stop Permitting System using Internet; specifies various state agencies to be provided access to system; creates One-Stop Permitting System Grant Program & Quick Permitting County Designation Program within DMS; repeals provisions re Fla. Jobs Siting Act, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $500,000.
