GENERAL BILL by Crime & Punishment ; Ball

Sentencing; removes exceptions to certain construction guidelines which provide that legislative intent is to convict & sentence for each criminal offense in course of one criminal episode or transaction & not to allow principle of lenity determine legislative intent; amends OSRC to rank offense of knowingly transmitting or disseminating by computer any notice or ad for purpose of soliciting sexual conduct of or with minor, etc. Amends Chs. 921, 775, 874.
