Flea Markets/Invoices & Receipts; requires flea market vendors to retain invoices or receipts for any new & unused merchandise purchased or obtained for resale; provides requirements re invoices or receipts; provides time period for maintenance of such records; authorizes law enforcement officers to request production of such records under certain circumstances; provides list of violations, exceptions to act, procedure for hold orders, & penalties for violations, etc.
