CS/SB 2086: Postsecondary Student Fees
GENERAL BILL by Education ; Diaz-Balart
Postsecondary Student Fees; authorizes fees for students in workforce development programs; prohibits certain fees without statutory authorization; specifies fees that may be charged; revises powers of community college boards of trustees to incur debt supported by student fees; provides that changes in community college fees take effect in following fall semester; authorizes additional fees, etc. Amends 239.117, 240.319,.35.
