GENERAL BILL by Forman
Certified Nursing Assistants; requires that Health Dept. maintain state registry of certified nursing assistants; authorizes dept. to contract for examination services; authorizes dept. to exempt applicant or certificateholder from disqualification of certification; exempts employer from liability for terminating certified nursing assistant under certain circumstances; requires that dept. update certified nursing assistant registry, etc. Amends Ch. 468, 400.211.
