HB 2101: Relative Caregiver Program
GENERAL BILL by Suarez
Relative Caregiver Program; provides that relative caregiver is eligible for assistance under said program following long-term placement of child with caregiver pursuant to court order or order of guardianship; provides that relative caregiver who adopts mentally retarded, physically handicapped, or emotionally handicapped child is eligible to receive adoption subsidy provided to adoptive parents, etc. Amends 39.5085.
