GENERAL BILL by Tourism ; Starks ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Farkas ; Barreiro ; Sobel ; Dennis ; Melvin ; Lynn ; Argenziano ; Bloom ; Hafner ; Bush

State Athletic Commission; changes name of said commission to Florida State Boxing Commission; assigns commission to DBPR for administrative & fiscal accountability purposes only; requires electronic recording of commission proceedings; prohibits professional or amateur toughman & badman competitions; revises provisions regulating weights, classes, & gloves; requires certain qualifications for referees, judges, & officials, etc. Amends Ch. 548.
