Infant & Early Childhood Development; provides for program curriculum under prekindergarten early intervention program to include music therapy services; includes said services in developmental evaluation & intervention program for high-risk & disabled infants & toddlers & in early intervention services for high-risk & developmentally disabled children under developmental services program, etc. Amends 230.2305, 391.305, 393.064,.066, 402.25, 411.203,.232.
