SB 2122: HIV Testing/Inmates

GENERAL BILL

HIV Testing/Inmates; defines term "HIV test"; requires DOC to perform HIV test on inmates following commitment to correctional facility & at request of physician; requires that such test be performed before inmate is released & that DOC provide additional services prior to inmate's release; requires notification of county health dept. where inmate will reside when inmate who has received positive HIV test results is released unexpectedly, etc. Creates 944.6025.
