GENERAL BILL by Elder Affairs & Long-Term Care ; Argenziano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Heyman ; Sobel ; Reddick ; Fiorentino ; Bilirakis ; Littlefield ; Kosmas ; Bitner ; Jacobs ; Levine ; Bloom

End-of-life Care; authorizes personnel of hospital emergency services, long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, hospices, & adult family-care homes to withhold or withdraw cardiopulmonary resuscitation pursuant to order not to resuscitate; revises authority of EMTs & paramedics to withhold or withdraw resuscitation or life-prolonging techniques; revises procedure for making living will, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
